Dr. Sally Kolitz Russell has been in practice since 1987. Her professional work includes serving as an expert in forensic cases involving psychological and/or neuropsychological damages. She also performs evaluations of privately-referred clients.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University, Dr. Kolitz Russell obtained a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Florida. She ultimately earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Miami and then completed an APA-accredited internship program and postdoctoral training in neuropsychology at the Miami Veterans Administration Medical Center.
A licensed psychologist in the state of Florida and a diplomate of the American Board of Assessment Psychology, Dr. Kolitz Russell has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences and has published book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Dr. Kolitz Russell is on the medical staff at Baptist Hospital of Miami and at South Miami Hospital.

Dr. Brent Kolitz has been a practicing neuropsychologist since 2001. His professional work includes serving as a psychological and neuropsychological expert in forensic cases. He also conducts psycho-educational evaluations of both children and adults.
After graduating from Duke University, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Dr. Kolitz went on to earn his master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the University of South Florida. He completed an APA-accredited internship program and postdoctoral training in neuropsychology at the Miami Veterans Administration Medical Center.
A licensed psychologist in the state of Florida, Dr. Kolitz has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences on psychology, neuropsychology, and the law. He has also presented and published in the areas of traumatic brain injury and neuropsychological assessment.
Dr. Kolitz is on the medical staff at Baptist Hospital of Miami and at South Miami Hospital.

Dr. Elbert Russell serves in an emeritus/advisory role in our practice.
Previously, he worked for 19 years as Director of the Neuropsychology Laboratory at the Miami Veterans Administration Medical Center. He is presently retired from the VA system and continues to publish in the field of neuropsychology.
Dr. Russell is the creator of a standardized and scientifically-validated neuropsychological test battery (Halstead Russell Neuropsychological Evaluation System-Revised, HRNES-R). He has also published more than 80 chapters and journal articles in the field of neuropsychology. His latest book, The Scientific Foundation of Neuropsychological Assessment: With Applications to Forensic Evaluation, was published by Elsevier in 2012.
After obtaining a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Russell earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Kansas.
He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the Association for Psychological Science. Dr. Russell is also a diplomate of the American Board of Assessment Psychology and has received the Halstead award from the Reitan Society.

Mr. Dan Zuckerman has worked as a psychometrist in the practice since 1994, assisting in the administration of psychological, neuropsychological, and psycho-educational evaluations.
He received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from the University of Miami and earned a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education from Florida International University. Mr. Zuckerman is licensed in the state of Florida as a registered mental health counselor intern.
